IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: High-volume exposure to pure frequencies can cause permanent hearing damage, ear fatigue, or tinnitus. It can also physically damage speakers, subwoofers, and audio hardware. By using this application, you explicitly agree to take full responsibility for monitoring playback volumes and keeping them at safe levels.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Octaveview (referred to as "the Application" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue using this application.

2. Use License & Restrictions

Octaveview grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application strictly for personal, testing, calibration, educational, or acoustic research purposes. You must not:

Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Application's operations.
Incorporate our generation scripts into commercial hardware or paid services without prior authorization.
Use the generator for malicious actions, including creating nuisance audio tracks or harassment signals.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Octaveview, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damage to speakers, headphones, amplifiers, hearing loss, or health complications) arising in any way out of the use of this Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction of the Application's hosting operators, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Application at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Application's integrity.
